Once your order enters production, materials are allocated, and manufacturing begins, making it challenging to accept returns or exchanges.   • Review Design Renderings: Our design team provides detailed 3D renderings and layouts for your approval. Carefully review these renderings to confirm that they meet your expectations.
  • Confirm Finish Selections: Request samples if necessary and compare them in your space under natural lighting to ensure the colors and finishes match your vision.
  • Approve the Final Order: Take the time to thoroughly review your order confirmation, including product descriptions, sizes, quantities, and accessories.

What If There’s an Issue with My Order?

While returns are not permitted, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to resolving any issues related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, report it to the delivery driver and note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL). For concealed damage discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 30 days.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, let us know within 30 days so we can address the issue promptly.
