What types of kitchen cabinets do you offer?
We offer two main types of kitchen cabinets:
- Quick Ship Cabinets – Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) or Fully Assembled cabinets that ship within 1-3 weeks.
- Semi-Custom Cabinets – Available in more styles, finishes, and sizes, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks.
Both options feature plywood box construction, soft-close doors, and solid wood drawers.
Do you install kitchen cabinets in Indianapolis?
While we do not provide direct installation services, we can recommend professional installers in the Indianapolis area. Our cabinets are designed for easy installation, whether you choose Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets or our Fully Assembled Cabinets.
Do You Have a Kitchen Cabinet Showroom in Indianapolis?
No, we do not have a physical showroom—and that’s how we keep our prices lower than traditional cabinet dealers. By operating 100% online, we eliminate the overhead costs of a showroom and pass the savings directly to our customers.

Yes! We provide a free 3D kitchen design service to help you visualize your new kitchen before making a purchase. Our expert design team will create a custom layout based on your space and style preferences.
Can I Order Cabinet Door Samples?
Yes! We offer cabinet door samples so you can see the quality, color, and finish before making a purchase. Each sample costs $15, including shipping, but if you place an order, we’ll deduct the full amount from your purchase—making it essentially free.

Where Do You Deliver To?
We deliver cabinets within a 150-mile radius of Indianapolis using trusted local delivery services that specialize in cabinetry and furniture transportation.
📍 Delivery Zones & Fees:
- Within 75 miles – $300
- 75–150 miles – $400
- Beyond 150 miles – Custom shipping quote available upon request
How Long Will It Take for My Cabinets to Arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of cabinets you order:
- Quick Ship Flat Pack (RTA) Cabinets: Ships in 1-3 weeks
- Quick Ship Assembled Cabinets: Ships in 1-3 weeks
- Semi-Custom Cabinets: Ships in 6-8 weeks
📍 Delivery Timing: Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on location, but most orders within our 150-mile Indianapolis delivery zone arrive within a few days after shipping.

Can I Return My Cabinets?
No, all cabinet orders are final since every cabinet is made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
🔹 Why? Unlike stock cabinets from big-box stores, our Quick Ship and Semi-Custom cabinets are built specifically for your order. Once manufacturing starts, materials are allocated, and production begins, making returns impossible.
🔹 What if there’s a defect or shipping damage? If your cabinets arrive with any manufacturer defects or shipping damage, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Do You Offer a Warranty for Your Products?
Yes! We stand behind the quality of our cabinets and offer warranties based on the product line:
🔹 Semi-Custom Cabinets: Limited Lifetime Warranty – Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as you own your home.
🔹 Quick Ship Cabinets (Flat Pack & Assembled): 5-Year Limited Warranty – Covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

What Should I Do If I Receive a Defective Product?
f your cabinets arrive with any manufacturer defects or shipping damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery
- Carefully inspect all cabinets and accessories before signing for delivery.
- If you notice visible damage, make a note on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
- If you discover hidden defects after unpacking, take clear photos and contact us immediately.
Step 2: Report the Issue
- Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at sales@hoosiervalleycabinets.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue.
Step 3: Resolution Process
- We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement or repair is needed.
- If approved, we will ship replacement parts or cabinets as quickly as possible.
- Note: We do not cover installation or labor costs related to replacing defective products.
