5-Year Limited Cabinetry Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

This cabinetry is warranted to the original residential purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.

This warranty applies only to cabinetry products manufactured and supplied by the Company and installed in a residential setting.

2. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • Refinish

  • Or provide a reasonable allowance for

any cabinet or cabinet component that is determined to be defective in material or workmanship.

Covered components include:

  • Cabinet boxes

  • Doors and drawer fronts

  • Drawer boxes

  • Shelving

  • Hinges and drawer glides supplied by the Company

Replacement parts may differ slightly in color, grain, or finish due to normal material variation and aging.

3. Natural Wood Characteristics (Not Defects)

Wood is a natural material, and variations are inherent and expected. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty:

  • Variations in wood grain, texture, or pattern

  • Color differences between cabinet components

  • Mineral streaks, knots, or natural markings

  • Darkening or lightening of wood over time due to exposure to light, heat, or environmental conditions

  • Differences between samples, displays, photographs, and installed cabinetry

Stain and paint finishes may also vary from piece to piece and batch to batch. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

4. Hairline Cracks, Joint Lines & Wood Movement

Wood expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. As a result:

  • Hairline cracks

  • Minor joint lines

  • Seasonal movement at seams or joints

  • Slight panel movement

may occur over time. These conditions are normal characteristics of wood products and are not considered defects, provided they do not affect the structural integrity or intended function of the cabinetry.

Joint lines in painted or stained doors, particularly at rail and stile connections, may become visible over time and are not warrantable.

5. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, heat, or direct sunlight

Commercial, rental, or multi-family applications are excluded unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Hardware Warranty

Hinges and drawer glides are covered for five (5) years against manufacturing defects when used under normal residential conditions. Normal wear, adjustment issues, or soft-close performance degradation over time are not considered defects.
