Quick Ship Product Warranty

Limited 5-Year Warranty

Hoosier Valley Cabinets warrants to the original purchaser that all Quick Ship cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of Five (5) years from the purchase date (Proof of Purchase is required).

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to residential use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, environmental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Natural Variations

Wood naturally varies in color and grain patterns, making each cabinet unique. Environmental factors such as lighting, humidity, and exposure to smoke or cleaners may alter cabinet finishes over time. These changes are not covered under warranty.

Painted Finish Disclaimer

Painted wood cabinetry may show small cracks at joints due to seasonal humidity changes. Joint splits up to 1/16" do not constitute a defect.

Additional Limitations and Disclaimers

Cabinet styles and finishes may be discontinued by the manufacturer at any time. Hoosier Valley Cabinets will assist in resolving such cases, but availability of replacement parts cannot be guaranteed.

Claims

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to sales@hoosiervalleycabinets.com with proof of purchase and images of the defect.

Quick Ship cabinets are made to order and are not eligible for return. Please review all order details carefully before payment.

Cabinetry Care Guide

• Routine Cleaning: Wipe spills immediately. Use a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals.
• Climate Control: Maintain humidity between 40%-50% and temperatures between 65°F-75°F.

Semi-Custom Product Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Hoosier Valley Cabinets warrants to the original purchaser that all Semi-Custom cabinetry, accessories, hinges, and drawer hardware are free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your home.

Natural Variations

Wood may darken or lighten over time due to exposure to sunlight, humidity, and environmental factors. These natural characteristics are not covered under warranty.

Additional Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and does not include labor costs.

Ordering Unfinished Cabinets

Cabinet orders without a stain or paint finish are not covered under warranty.
